Job Summary
The Emergency Medical Services employee provides medical care to ill or injured Vassar College students, staff and faculty in a college health setting and supports the EMS organization to deliver high quality emergency medical care.
Responsibilities include assessment and treatment of medical and mental health concerns, performing CLIA waived testing, conducting outreach, managing medical records, and providing emergency response support during campus events.
The role requires maintaining emergency response equipment, following OSHA and HIPAA guidelines, and supporting departmental operations as assigned.
