The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of issuer processing and issuing product capabilities, supporting client growth and platform scalability.
This role acts as a strategic bridge between clients, sales, business, and technology teams, leading a team of Business Analysts and translating complex business, regulatory, and market needs into scalable, standardized, and cloud-ready product outcomes.
The position has a strong focus on the Colombian market while aligning with Fiserv’s global product strategy.
