  • Partner with HR in the recruitment and hiring process, organize office operations and procedures, and serve as the point person for office maintenance, mailing, shipping, and supply requisitions.
  • Provide executive support, create PowerPoint slides, manage executives' schedules, and address employee queries regarding office management issues.
