Job Summary

  • The Director of Agile PMO is responsible for developing various methods and practices of project management into the Motion Information Technology (IT) and eCommerce teams to accomplish the strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Facilitates teams of senior staff through detailed and complex projects, particularly relating to strategic objectives including complex process and execution, escalating impediments, managing risk, driving high level continuous improvement, and ensuring value delivery across Motion IT and eCommerce customer base.

  • Experience with multiple Agile and lean methodologies
  • Program management skills and experience
  • Practical certification (Scrum Alliance, SAFe, Kanban, Coaching, Change Management)
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist, SPC preferred
