Oversee the tracking and dissemination of technical papers, blog posts, and research outputs for Applied Science projects, and conduct health checks for all Applied Science verticals.
Develop and refine a customer experience process to onboard clients to products, including cluster setup and technical integration, acting as a bridge between Applied Science teams and customers.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity, and drive structured communication loops, synthesising technical details into clear, strategic narratives.
