Job Summary
The Dietary Aide assists in the preparation and service of meals to residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Essential duties include learning food service routines, setting up meal trays, clearing trays, washing dishes, operating dishwashing equipment, preparing nourishments, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
The position requires frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
