Job Summary

  • As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day to day and strategic management of the maintenance department to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the hospital’s facilities.
  • You will provide asset condition and life cycle costing expertise to support context of the Engineering Department’s asset replacement program and the hospitals broader strategic asset master plan.

  • 5 years' experience leading a Maintenance/Engineering team
  • Demonstrated competency in Electrical/Mechanical or associated Building skills
  • Extensive experience in Facilities Management
  • Sound experience in mechanical and electrical engineering
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • High level knowledge of project management
  • Proven experience in delivering technical reports
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety policies
  • Knowledge of applicable Standards, Regulations and Legislation
  • Familiar with current asset management techniques
