The Vice President will hold end-to-end accountability for designing and delivering the Target Operating Model for new client onboarding and large-scale transformations within Transfer Agency.
A core pillar of this role is acting as the Subject Matter Expert for Financial Crime, ensuring AML/KYC requirements are embedded into all operating model designs and control frameworks.
The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations to drive delivery outcomes, manage risk, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory standards.
