The Maintenance Technician provides support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents, including quality move-ins, residential satisfaction, expedited service, and personal attention to the resident.
Responsibilities include preparing make-ready apartments, responding to resident requests, maintaining grounds and common areas, and performing scheduled maintenance.
