Serve as a key liaison between Group Lead Partners, Partners, and lawyers to align talent capabilities with client demands and ensure optimal resource allocation.
Monitor lawyer utilisation trends, align work allocation with development goals, and analyse future work pipelines to input into recruitment strategies.
