The Maintenance Technician is responsible for responding to and completing service requests in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service to residents and guests.
Essential duties include performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting HVAC and electrical systems, and preparing vacant apartments for move-in through necessary repairs.
Employees must have dependable transportation, accommodate a rotating on-call schedule, and possess the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work varied hours including weekends.
