The Assistant Director supports the mission to provide leadership, character, and career development to prepare Ohio State student-athletes for life after graduation.
This role involves coordinating and facilitating professional development programs such as Dress to Impress, Micro-Internship, Buckeye Futures, and Athletes in Medicine sessions.
The successful candidate will engage in recruiting for all sports, assist with resume workshops, conduct mock interviews, and help innovate programming to meet evolving student-athlete needs.
