Job Summary

  • Provide event day setup and support of multiple point-of-sale systems and excellent desktop support services to internal staff.
  • Work with vendors and service providers to resolve issues, implement changes, and serve as the building-wide point of contact on IT related matters.
  • Conduct stadium walk-throughs, replace defective hardware, and diagnose software, firmware, and hardware errors and breakages.

Key Requirements

  • Windows Server administration experience
  • Wireless LAN concepts experience
  • Windows XP/Windows 7 and Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Virtual environments experience
  • Microsoft and Mac applications knowledge
  • Wireless terminologies and security technologies knowledge
  • CAT5/6 crimping knowledge
  • Quest, Counterpoint or SQL systems experience
