Employees must report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining a calm and warm environment.

Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Follow established policies and procedures
Use PCC for resident information management
Lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally

Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
