Job Summary

  • The Applications Development Group Manager is a senior management level position responsible for leading and managing a development team to strategically orchestrate the successful delivery and implementation of new and enhanced application systems and programs.
  • Lead the design and development of our wealth-lending platforms (Margin Lending, Collateral Management), remaining actively hands-on in building the foundational data models, data processing engines, and batch control frameworks that underpin the platform's core APIs, distributed services, and orchestration components.
  • Partner closely with business, risk, and operations stakeholders to translate evolving lending strategies into scalable, compliant, and high-performance technology solutions.
