The primary purpose of this position is to attend to and greet visitors while answering telephone calls within the Reception/Administrative area.
Employees must strictly maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information and report any suspected violations of protected health information.
This role requires basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite products and the ability to operate multiline phone systems and other office equipment.
