Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
You will be responsible for administering medications, charting nurses' notes, maintaining resident records, and admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
This role requires the ability to make independent decisions, work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel, and possess leadership and supervisory ability.
