  • The engineer acts as the primary technical link between the site team and Vanderlande ensuring effective troubleshooting and timely escalation.
  • The position requires flexibility to work irregular hours during launch windows and frequent travel for short-term on-site assignments.

Must-have

  • 3+ years controls or automation support experience

  • Experience with Cross Belt Sorter systems
  • Ability to travel 25-75% for short-term assignments

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with distributed control architectures
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science
  • 5 years supporting material handling systems
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable acting as expert during technical incidents

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in controls or automation support
  • Education or equivalent hands-on experience in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
  • On-site commissioning or launch support experience preferred
