Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of a new, multi-region HashiCorp Vault platform on public cloud.
Act as the primary SME for the organisation on all aspects of Vault and modern secrets management, actively championing and evangelising best practices.
Coach and mentor other engineers on security best practices and the adoption of the new secrets management platform.

Multi-region public cloud deployments (AWS preferred)
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform
Kubernetes and managed Kubernetes platforms (EKS, GKS, AKS)
Modern authentication and authorization mechanisms
Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) management
Nice-to-have
Scripting or development in Go, Python
Kubernetes Operators development
Experience with GCP and Azure
Observability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki)
Kubernetes tooling (Helm, Argo CD)
Key Requirements

Proven experience with multi-region deployments on public cloud platforms
Proficient with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Terraform

Quality-first mindset with experience in automating testing strategies
