Job Summary

• This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end strategy, readiness, execution for Business Cutover, and post-Go-live hypercare for multiple IM Transcend releases.
• The Global Cutover & Hypercare Director will define and lead the hypercare model, ensuring rapid stabilization after launch and a smooth transition to steady state support.
• This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, New Jersey (USA), with alternate hybrid locations considered at other Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) hubs.

Salary

$150,000.00 - $258,750.00; Not specified; Vacation –120 hours per calendar year, Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year, Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year, Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year, Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child, Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year, Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period, 10 days Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year, Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• PMP/FPX, APICS, ISTQB, Lean/Six Sigma certifications preferred
