Deep understanding of HVDC valve technologies
Expertise in converter topologies and firmware
Low Voltage PCB electronics design experience
Control system and technology trade-offs
Firmware development and FPGA design tools
Industrial processes for power electronics manufacturing
Nice-to-have
Experience with VSC and LCC converter technologies
Knowledge of AI and predictive maintenance applications
Patent evaluation and management experience
Strong communication skills for technical consulting
Willingness to engage in regular business travel
Ability to mentor high potential engineering talents
Familiarity with IEC/CIGRE industry standards
Key Requirements
