GE Aerospace is seeking an IT Site Leader for its Bielsko-Biała Plant, responsible for bridging Plant Operations with the Digital Technology organization to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost-efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to foster collaboration across teams

Job Summary

  • Ensure seamless IT support, strategic alignment, and adoption of digital solutions at the site level to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
  • Act as the single point of contact at the Site for all DT related matters and represent DT within the Site Leadership Team.
  • Lead change management at the Site to drive adoption, training, and sustained use of digital solutions; collect feedback and inform continuous improvement.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written)
