PATH is seeking a Senior Technical Advisor for Digital Payment Systems, offering a remote position focused on overseeing the quality and compliance of Instant and Inclusive Payment Systems (IIPS) projects funded by the Gates Foundation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real-time payment systems, governance frameworks, and technical oversight to ensure deliverables meet international standards.

Job Summary
PATH is seeking a Senior Technical Advisor with deep expertise in instant payment systems to provide independent technical oversight and quality assurance support for the development of governance and operational frameworks for Inclusive & Instant Payment Systems.
The Advisor will function as a technical reviewer, risk assessor, and strategic sounding board, ensuring rigour, coherence, and value for money across all IIPS-related deliverables.
The engagement is for a period of up to three (3) years from the date of contract signature, with an estimated level of effort of 10–40 hours per month.
