Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting them to medical tests or new rooms.
