Job Summary

• The ServiceNow CMDB Specialist supports the lifecycle, accuracy, and integrity of IT asset and configuration data within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), primarily on the ServiceNow platform.
• This role contributes to reliable IT operations, audit readiness, and data quality by executing established CMDB and ITOM processes aligned with ITIL standards.
• The role provides hands-on technical support for CMDB, Foundation Data, and CSDM initiatives, working under defined governance with senior team members, architects, developers, and platform owners to maintain accurate and trusted configuration data across the organization.
