Job Summary

  • This role leads the evolution of how Amgen translates data, AI, and advanced analytics into real-time, workflow-embedded decision systems that directly shape business actions and patient impact.
  • You will partner closely with GCCI, Commercial, and Medical teams to deliver agentic AI-enabled solutions that are scalable, compliant, and embedded directly into business workflows.

Must-have

  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Business/Data Science
  • 5+ years experience managing people and leading teams
  • Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in regulated industries
  • Proven track record with Commercial and Medical stakeholders
  • Ability to operate rapid deployment models for AI solutions

Nice-to-have

  • Strong storytelling capabilities for executive communication

Key Requirements

  • Doctorate degree + 5 years experience OR Master's + 9 years OR Bachelor's + 11 years
  • Minimum 5 years direct people management or leadership experience
  • Experience working in regulated industries with AI/ML deployment
  • Background in Marketing, Sales, Medical, or Analytics functions
