The primary purpose of this role is to set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment to manufacture precision parts while adhering to strict quality and safety requirements.
Employees are expected to simultaneously operate multiple machines, troubleshoot issues with minimal assistance, and perform preventative maintenance to ensure dimensional integrity.
The position offers a competitive hourly rate with a 22% shift differential for second shift hours, along with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
