Job Summary

• You will serve as the direct liaison with customers, collaborating closely to install, maintain, and upgrade equipment, using digital analytics for troubleshooting and applying basic diagnostic techniques.
• Your responsibilities include performing preventative and corrective maintenance on various systems such as electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems, while coordinating and communicating directly with customers.
• This role involves working in a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (day/night, week/weekend) with a 28-day cycle (14 working days, 14 days off) to ensure 24/7 technical support.
