  • Trains and certifies TSMs in various skills specific to their area or in additional skills to work in other areas within the distribution center.
  • Performs department functions when not training and re-tests all TSMs on procedural changes and re-trains TSMs with low productivity or accuracy.
  • Must be able to grasp, bend, stand, reach above shoulder height, and walk extensively throughout the warehouse, and lift up to 50 pounds.
