Job Summary
This position reports to the Catering Manager with responsibilities to include supervising and coordinating activities of banquet servers during banquets to ensure that food is served promptly.
Responsible for staff and implementing standards including uniforms, professionalism, steps of service, cleanliness, attendance, and certificate compliance.
Ensures all working areas and the catering pantry maintain proper organizational standards and cleanliness.
