Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering
Experience with electrical hardware systems, PCBA Assemblies, or instrumentation and control systems
Experience designing and debugging electrical test infrastructure or automated test systems
Experience developing basic automation or data analysis scripting in Python, C or similar
Hands-on technical experience debugging complex electrical or software systems within a production environment
Proven ability to deliver engineering projects with little to no supervision
Can-do approach and flexibility
Excellent communication skills
Proven risk assessment and risk-based decision-making skills
