Job Summary
The Design Engineer – Seating Components is responsible for the definition, design, development, and launch of seat system components, including seat plastics, lumbar systems, rear AR, and bolsters.
This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, creativity, and independent judgment, with prior experience with automotive seating systems and successful vehicle launches being strongly preferred.
The selected candidate will be expected to work on-site at the Warren Tech Center at least three days per week as part of a hybrid work model.

Key Requirements
2 years post-graduation experience
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering
Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle
Knowledge of Automotive requirements and regulations
