The Product Owner – One Ops AI Foundations will lead the design and delivery of the bank’s standardised AI agent ecosystem, defining how AI agents are built, deployed, and governed across COO Operations.
You will own the product vision and roadmap, focused on creating consistent patterns, infrastructure, and guardrails for AI agents while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and compliant AI capabilities.
This role balances strategic direction with hands-on delivery to enable scalable, AI-powered operations that maintain trust, transparency, and reliability.
