Job Summary

  • Customer Service Assistant is responsible for attending to inquiries/feedback/requests/complaints from shoppers and tenants tactfully and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in mall marketing events and campaigns such as handling gift redemption, lucky draws, contest forms etc.
  • Permanent position with 22 days annual leave per year plus 3 days of wellbeing leave, medical, dental and inpatient coverage.
