The Senior Compensation Specialist implements and administers compensation programs that align with business objectives and the global Total Rewards strategy.
This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, regional Total Rewards leaders, and key stakeholders to provide consultative guidance on salary actions, promotions, job changes, and non‑standard requests while ensuring compliance, governance, and internal equity.
The Senior Compensation Specialist leverages compensation and HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy, enhance tools and processes, and enable consistent and competitive compensation practices across the organization.
