Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to oversee and coordinate facility and maintenance activities (excluding operations maintenance), including staffing, equipment, processes and structures, in a reliable and efficient manner minimizing interruption to production to support corporate goals.
Coordinates new facility construction and renovation/upgrades to existing facilities. Assist in the preparation of appropriate paperwork submission (CAR) for these projects and monitors projects’ progress.

Salary
Base: $77,550 - $113,740; Bonus/Equity: cash-based incentive program; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, 401(k) with company match, 80 hours holidays, paid time off
