Job Summary
The Talent Development Specialist designs, develops, and delivers training to support employee effectiveness and organizational priorities.
This role creates and updates training materials using tools such as PowerPoint, Scribe and Articulate, among others, and facilitates trainings for RCEB staff in both group and virtual settings.
