Job Summary

  • The Talent Development Specialist designs, develops, and delivers training to support employee effectiveness and organizational priorities.
  • This role creates and updates training materials using tools such as PowerPoint, Scribe and Articulate, among others, and facilitates trainings for RCEB staff in both group and virtual settings.
