Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Certified CHW Training Program enrollment
  • Two (2) years experience as a CHW (Level II)
  • Four (4) years experience as a CHW (Level III)
  • CHW Certification from ARCHWA or another state (Level III)
  • Reliable transportation, working cell phone, internet access
