Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Two years commercial building cleaning experience
Ability to lift 25 lbs and climb ladders
Valid state driver's license required
TS/SCI with POLY clearance mandatory
Nice-to-have
Willingness to support requirements beyond listed duties
Prior experience with power tools and safety codes
Strong understanding of safety practices and procedures
Key Requirements
