Experience with EIP Polaris Morningstar BORs
Strategic roadmap definition and execution
Platform stability and operational resilience management
Global team leadership including India-based teams

Strong executive presence and senior influence
Experience in mainframe retirement initiatives
Background in highly regulated financial environments
Knowledge of synthetic ETFs and private markets
