Base: $96,768.00 - $120,960.00 USD annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual incentive plan or commission; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k)
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-7 years performance footwear design experience
Expert knowledge of footwear materials and manufacturing
Strong sketching, illustration, and rendering skills
Ability to create detailed 2D tech packs in Adobe Creative Suite
Nice-to-have
Hands-on cobbling and prototyping skills
Experience with 3D design tools
Passion for biomechanics and human performance
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Key Requirements
5-7 years designing cutting edge performance footwear
Deep knowledge of technical and non-technical footwear constructions
Understanding of footwear design and development process
