  • This role functions as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) and enterprise Agile coach, guiding teams and leaders in the application of Lean-Agile practices to improve delivery flow, alignment, and organizational execution.
  • The role partners with executives, product/value stream leaders, and delivery teams to align strategy with execution, ensure transparency of commitments and outcomes, and cultivate the organizational capabilities required to deliver value predictably and efficiently.
