Must-have

  • Supervisory experience in building maintenance
  • Building Management System (BMS) proficiency
  • WHMIS, First Aid/CPR, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention
  • Mental Health First Aid certification or willingness
  • Criminal Record Review Program clearance required
  • Ability to work in Downtown Eastside environment

Nice-to-have

  • Cloud-based inventory system experience
  • Intermediate computer skills including Outlook
  • Additional language skills
  • Experience with renovation project coordination
  • Strong integrity and confidentiality ethics

Key Requirements

  • One year supervisory experience in building maintenance
  • Building Service Worker, Boilermaker, or Building Controls certificate
  • Current WHMIS, First Aid/CPR, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certs
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record Review Program clearance
  • Willingness to support Salvation Army mission
