Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Obtain vital signs and room patients
Perform laboratory procedures like phlebotomy
Administer medications under physician orders
Assist with clinical procedures such as EKG
Maintain aseptic technique and infection control
Nice-to-have
Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development
Experience with Holter monitor application
Ability to perform advanced clinical tasks
Strong communication with healthcare team members
Proficient in electronic medical records systems
Key Requirements
Active LPN license or Medical Assistant certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA
GED or HS diploma plus accredited MA program or 2 years experience
