This role partners with HR, Technology, Data, Security, and Product teams to translate business needs into AI-enabled digital solutions, connecting workforce strategy to platform capabilities.
Key responsibilities include driving the AI DEX rollout, leading business analysis across the AI DEX lifecycle, eliciting and documenting complex requirements, and enabling responsible AI adoption.
