Must-have
15+ years IBM mainframe experience
COBOL and PL/1 programming skills
Strong Assembler debugging capabilities
CICS system expertise and migration
DB2 database and SQL proficiency
JCL and system software installation
Nice-to-have
Control-M scheduling experience
Data analysis tools knowledge
Financial services background preferred
Github or IDz hands-on experience
