Employees must report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information to supervisors promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining a calm and warm environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures
