The School Educator IV functions as a Principal for the Whitaker Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility, serving an adolescent population with complex behavioral and psychological disorders.
This role requires close collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team of approximately 70 staff members to provide therapeutic educational services, clinical groups, and extracurricular activities.
