Job Summary

  • This role will manage, supervise, and coordinate all activities of the Onsite Technology Functional Area, crucial for the Official Hospitality Program for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
  • Develop the overall strategy for venue operations technology, incorporating access control, production, audio/visual, and network infrastructure, to deliver a fantastic experience for our guests.
  • Provide hands-on, in-person troubleshooting to minimize downtime and coordinate rapid resolution of issues impacting ticketing, Wi-Fi, office hardware, or event operations.
