Job Summary
The role is responsible for establishing and evolving enterprise expectations, requirements, and ways of working for project managers across the NAOU Supply Chain.
This role will partner closely with Supply Chain leaders to assess current project management maturity, define future-state capabilities, and build a practical framework and roadmap.
The Project Director will lead select strategic initiatives as required, ensuring disciplined execution, strong stakeholder alignment, and value realization.

$162,000 - $188,000 Base; Annual Incentive 30%; Benefits: Full range offered
